Environmental Impact Assessment
The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) was been carried out by a team comprising
both local and international experts and builds off the successful track record of all those
involved.
An EIA Study Brief (ESB-146/2006, http://www.epd.gov.hk/eia/) was issued by the Hong
Kong Government to cover the minimum acceptable EIA study scope. In some cases the
proponent exceeded the study scope where EIA results suggested further work was
needed.
